How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within:
- 3–8 business days — when shipped from our U.S. warehouses
- 7–15 business days — when shipped from international warehouses
Canadian deliveries may experience a small additional delay due to customs (+1–4 days).
Why might shipping take longer?
Delays may occasionally occur due to:
- customs processing (especially for Canada)
- carrier overload
- holidays, sales, and peak seasons
We monitor every shipment and always assist if your order is delayed.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from both our U.S. warehouses and international logistic centers.
Your order is always shipped from the closest location where the item is in stock.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can also track your order through the “Track Your Order” section on our website.
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update depending on the warehouse.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
We ship from multiple warehouses.
If your items are stored in different locations, they may arrive separately — this is completely normal.
Each package will have its own tracking number.
What countries/regions do you currently ship to?
At the moment, we ship to the United States and Canada only.
As soon as we expand our shipping locations, we will update the information on our website.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with photos or videos.
We will send a free replacement or issue a refund — whatever works best for you.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can assist if your order has not yet entered processing.
Once an order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made — however, our support team is always here to help guide you through the next steps.
